EXPERIENCE
Investing in Real Estate since 1992, purchases and sales of condominiums, Single family residences, owner occupied as well as tenant occupied, and land. Utilized various lending products, Conventional, FHA, Second Mortgage, MCC, private money lending and seller carry loans as well as 1031 exchange. As an investor, I have seen easements, encroachments, small claims and evictions, and have done city planning visits for zoning verification and pulling permits. My career began with tax and accounting, led to property management, development and construction and I am currently a licensed tax preparer and licensed Real Estate Sales Associate DRE#019994855.
